For people who want to make a difference

Do you share our enthusiasm about innovative technology that helps organisations achieve their ambitions? Do you want to work in a place that has room for your talents and ideas? And do you want to get the best out of yourself in a pleasant and welcoming organisation? At Ctac, you have a career instead of a job. As an ambitious professional, you have an opportunity to work on challenging projects. And to make a difference, every day.

What expertise do you deploy to help our customers?

Why should you choose Ctac?

Do work that matters!
Working for Ctac also means working for customers such as Mediq, Jumbo, Brand Loyalty and many others. As a consultant, you often work on business processes that affect the customer’s core business. For example, with Ctac’s help, Mediq went from five distribution points to just one fulfilment centre in a year and a half, giving them the capacity and efficiency they need to provide an optimal supply of medical devices and medicines to patients, homes and healthcare institutions. This is how you make an impact!

We put you first
Ctac is committed to people, society and the environment. That is why we make a conscious choice to put you first. This give you the opportunity to grow and develop in a safe and respectful environment. In practice, this means that there is room for a training budget, working remotely, and flexible working hours. It also means discounts on sports activities, chats with colleagues on Ctac bicycle rides, and a free health check in collaboration with Jeroen Bosch hospital.

Everything is more fun together
And of course, we also know how important it is to enjoy working with your colleagues! Now that we are no longer going into the office as much, we have found other ways to stay connected – for example with our famous Ctac Pub Quiz and Bingo events.

Together for charity

End the plastic soup

Ctac selects a charity to support each year. In 2021, we are using IT donations to raise money for The Ocean Cleanup.

We are also active on a smaller scale. Last year, for example, we started distributing laptops to families who can't afford them. This has now grown into a broader initiative that aims to support schools and charities with laptops and tablets.

If you haven't spotted your particular area of expertisesend an unsolicited application and we will be happy to have a chat with you even if you do not have any IT experience (yet).
